Registration:

During registration you are expected to provide your correct details either as a usher, affiliate or vendor.
As a normal user you are expected to at least register your email/contact/address when making payment.

Vendor/Shop Policy:

• As a vendor, it a must you complete your registration and upload both your personal details and business details.
• If you upload the requested document during registration as a vendor our teams will need to verify you and your business to ensure our no scam policy, this may take up from the date of summition till 14 working days after which you will be notiflied and your business open in the internet market.
• On no account should you delay or deny an invoice when confirmed payed.
• Once you recieve an invoice, please login online and check the details of the invoice and know if the payment has been made online or they perfer to pay in person.
• Before you hand their goods to them make sure you click on delievered and wait for them to respond with received, that's if the payment was made online so as your money to land in your shop dashboard till you withdraw it.
• Ensure that every goods you upload has it's details such as name and price tag.
• Ensure to log in everyday to update your shop with details of your present/available stocks.
• Do not deliever goods untill you are sure the money is been paid and waiting for your confirmation.
• Please don't fail to report any customer who tries to scam you.

Affiliate Policy:

• To join the affiliate community you will have to register and activate your account between 48 hours if not your registered account will be deleted.
• An afiliate will not participate in any of packages.
• An affiliate gains 25%/50% commission from every member that registers through your unique code.
• You must have at least 1000 followers on any of your social media handles in order to become an affiliate.
• You must give us a screenshot of any of your social media handles that has at least 1000 followers for us to verify.

Challenges And Competition:

• Once you join a social media or competition don't delect your post else your will be dropped and your money lost.
• We will be monitoring every step in the challenge or competition so make sure to follow every step properly as insructed in order to win.
• You can participate with the money from your referral commission as well.

Flash Gift Policy:

• Every tickets bought is recorded.
• No re-fund of money.
• No limit for ticket purchase.
• Everyone can purchase but you must have a user account to purchase.
• Winner will be announce on our post and the draw will take place on our youtube and socia media platforms.
• Every prize has it's price tag per tickets and its different duration please check and be sure.

Withdrawal Policy:

• As a refer & earn user you will not be eligable to withdraw your main balance untill you reach the required number of referrals.
• As a refer & earn user you can withdraw your referrals commission any time of your choice.
• Every withdraw in the site will be approved from 0 - 48 hours.
• As a vendor you can place withdrawal at anytime.
• As an affiliate you can place withdrawal at anytime.

Re-Fund policy:

• Once you register there's no re-fund of money unless you wish to delete your account after activation then you will have to go through the re-fund process, but if you have made your first withdrawal then, there's no re-fund for you.
• As a user your money can only be re-funded back into your account if the vendor fail to deliever your goods to you and you've made your report and we verify and find out that the vendor is at fault then and only then can you be re-funded.

General Policy:

• None of our workers will call you and ask for any of your bank details, if there was a mistake you will be notified through your email account.
• Every of our update will be posted in the site and our social media handles.
• No limit for ticket purchase.
• Be sure to be accurate when writing your details.
• We are not to be held accountable for any mistake you make during registration or withdrawal.
• Any attempted fraud on the user or vendor, you will be arrested and LEGAL actions carried out on you once the report is made and proven right.
• Our terms and conditions can be amended at anytime.
